What can I expect to pay for FASENRA?

The list price for FASENRA is $4,823.39* per 30 mg/mL. However, it is important to understand that this list price may not be reflective of your cost for FASENRA. Your out-of-pocket costs** are determined by your insurance type.

The information below may help you estimate your cost for FASENRA based on your insurance, but your insurance provider can provide more specific information.

Insurance Type:

Employer Provided or Individual Private Policy

For people with employer or individual private insurance, the average out-of-pocket cost*** is $46 per dose. You may be eligible for the FASENRA Savings Program regardless of coverage. You may pay as little as $0 for FASENRA and as little as $0 for its injection administration.

Medicare

For people with Medicare Advantage plans, the average out-of-pocket cost*** is $90 per dose. This represents about 1/3 of all people with Medicare. People with traditional Medicare Part B without supplemental insurance will pay a 20% coinsurance; however, 81% of people with Medicare**** will have a supplemental insurance plan that covers some or all of their out-of-pocket costs.

Medicaid

For people with Medicaid, the average out-of-pocket costs*** range from $2-$9 per dose. Some states offer even lower copays or eliminate the copay altogether.

No Insurance or No coverage

If you do not have insurance coverage or your insurance does not cover FASENRA, you can expect to pay the amount determined by your pharmacy, which will vary.

What if I can’t afford my FASENRA?

AstraZeneca is committed to providing assistance if you can’t afford your FASENRA:

  • FASENRA 360 provides a range of support services if you are on FASENRA including reimbursement support, affordability programs if you are eligible, nursing support for FASENRA questions, and ongoing education
  • If you have private insurance you may be eligible for the FASENRA Savings Program regardless of coverage. You may pay as little as $0 for FASENRA and as little as $0 for its injection administration
